property world/industry.
Founded by Matthew, a professional with 30+years of experience in construction and a
passion for home renovation, Purple Penguin Suites was born out of a desire to offer modern,
comfortable, and safe homes that still feel homely and offer good investment opportunities.
Joanna, with numerous years managing her own hotel, built from concept to completion
and managing numerous other properties.
Our dedication to keeping to our moto “treat as we’d like to be treated” ensures we offer a
transparent approach and maintain communications with investors and our homes are to a
